Anova Lighting Co., Ltd promises that all the LED lights are produced by our company, and our company will provide professional after-sales service. With the double protection of manpower and material resources, the company will provide the following free services:

1. Under normal conditions, starting from the date when the goods are installed and accepted, the after-sales service period for all lamps is 5 years, and the warranty period for the entire lamp is 5 years.

2. The seller must make a professional and technical response within 2 hours after receiving the formal written notice from the buyer, and arrange for free repair or replacement services in advance within 48 hours.

3. Within 5 years of the warranty period, under normal use conditions, any problems caused by the LED lighting fixtures and their electrical accessories due to their own quality will be compensated by the seller, and the seller will provide free repair or replacement; All service costs shall be borne by the seller (not including transportation costs and installation costs).

4. During the warranty period, paid services will be implemented in the following situations:

A. Damage caused by artificial or irresistible natural phenomena;

B. Failure or damage due to improper operation;

C. Failure or damage caused by high voltage of power grid line;

D. Failure or damage caused by the transformation, decomposition and assembly of products;

This commitment is counted from the date of signing, and the validity period of the commitment liability expires five years from the date of the last delivery batch of the purchase order.
