Anova Group Tour
Mr Zheng, the CEO of Anova, attaches great importance to employees' physical and mental health , so every year he organizes at least one or two group trips for us.
Our summer outing this year is arranged in Xichong, Shenzhen. Xichong is one of the most popular scenic spots of Shenzhen, with some entertainment such as yacht sailing, beach barbecue, bonfire party, fireworks, etc.
With excitement, we assembled early at the gate of our factory. Mr. Fu, the deputy general manager of Anova, briefly talked about the cautions when taking the trip. Then, led by Mr Fu, we talked and sang happily all the way. Immersing in such joyful atmosphere for about 2 hours, we quickly arrived at Xichong, Shenzhen.
In order to strengthen team spirit and centripetal force, we held two activities in a team building training base during this trip.
Activity One: Climbing the Wall Together
We were divided into groups according to our department. After Mr. Fu announced the start, each group ran to high wall as fast as we could. At the beginning, the sales department took the lead, but seconds later, the engineering department caught up quickly and climbed up the 3-meter-high wall under the teamwork, finally they won the championship successfully. Though it was a simple game, but it showed the strength of a team and our determination to overcome difficulties.
Activity Two:Laser Strike
Laser Strike, as a safe and realistic war sports game, won the hearts of most of us. It has been a new military pastime, mainly simulating the combat by using high-tech laser electronic equipment. Armed with laser guns and dressed in camouflage uniforms, we traveled through jungles and ruins, engaging in fierce "battles" with "enemies" and experiencing scenes only seen in movies or video games. All of us really enjoyed a wonderful time during this game.
During the trip,we helped and cooperated with each other, relaxing ourselves to our hearts' content. One person can go faster, but a group of people can go further. We will firmly devote ourselves to our future work with greater enthusiasm, so that Anova can develop steadily, continuously and healthily.
